traning planing...

today after sch go with wei yang and min teck go cut hair but only i and wei yang cut.. den when to bedok inter to eat our lunch... den when to take key for the ncc room.. den they discuss abt wad to do 4 nxt week training. after discussing we go to play soccer... so sain..
